Introduction

  Ed300 coating thickness gauge is a portable instrument which
   has stable performance, high accuracy, good repeatability and
   economical practicability. It applies eddy current principle
   according to the international ISO 2160 standard. It is used to
   test the thickness of the non-conductive coatings on non-
   ferrous metal substrates. It is applied to test the thickness of
   the anodic coating or coat of paint on aluminium profile,
   aluminum composite panel, aluminum work pieces and etc.
   It is widely used in the field of aluminium profile production,
   metal surface finishing, door, window and curtain wall, quality
   supervision and inspection of products and engineering. This
   instrument has gained good reputation and wide reliance from
   customers.

  In China, it is popular to use Tianxing ED300 coating thickness
   gauge and W-20 Webster hardness together as an assortment
   of aluminium profile quality testing instruments, almost all of the
   aluminum extrusion factories in China use these two instruments
   to do the products quality supervision and inspection.

  Coating thickness calibration plate is the measurement
   benchmark of the instrument. All the correction plates of this
   instrument have been tested by China national measure institute
   and attached with testing certificates.

  The probe is the most damageable part of the thickness gauge.
   After a long time of tracking and improvement of probe,
   Tianxing has improved the design of durability and make the
   probe have the protection function of shockproof, preventing
   acid corrosion, rust prevention and antilocking.

  The probe cable is another damageable part of the thickness
   gauge when the gauge is used frequently. Tianxing probe cable
   from Japan can stand million times of twists without any damage.

  The operating environment of the thickness gauge is very poor
   in the aluminum extrusion factories. The probe will always be
   corroded by water or acidity oxidation bath. Normally it will be
   used for thousand time’s everyday shocks and falls happen
   very commonly, so it requests a strong durability of the
   thickness gauge.

  Ed300 had stood the test of more than ten years in the poor
   operating environment. During these years, Tianxing has been
   working so hard to improve and perfect the performance of the
   gauge. It has been proved that ED300 coating thickness gauge
   is a reliable instrument which has excellent performance.
