PHB-750 Magnetic hydraulic Brinell hardness tester applies test condition with 750kgf test force on a 5mm carbide ball indenter. It can be used to test steel plates, castings, forgings, structural and die steel, which other testers could not test or hard to test; for pipe, huge equipment and huge steel structural parts that welded or assembled already, and also available for marco axis, crossbeam, huge or super-huge heat treatment parts, but it only for magnetizer steel. It can also read the value of Brinell hardness directly after test with Brinell indentation measurement system.
Less Test Restrictions. No need to move the part and no need to search for a spot for clamping.
Wide test range. If surface available, test materials, parts and structural steel in any shape and size.
